What Does the Salvatore Giovanni Lifetime Warranty Cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty provides coverage for anything we guarantee won’t happen to your Salvatore Giovanni piece.

• Tarnishing or Fading: If you notice your item beginning to tarnish or fade, we’ll replace it.

• Accidental Breakage: Should your piece accidentally break, we’ll replace it.

• Scratches: If you encounter a scratched pendant, we’ll replace it.

Simply email a photo of the item to our support team at soldiersgloryllc@gmail.com along with your order number, and we'll process a replacement item for you or offer Salvatore Giovanni store credit for use on other products in our collection.

• Our Lifetime Warranty only covers issues we specifically state won't occur. We cannot cover lost, stolen, intentionally damaged items or damage caused by third parties.
• Failure to provide a photo of the defective or faulty item will void the warranty.
• Salvatore Giovanni upholds a fair use policy within our lifetime guarantee and reserves the right to reject claims if the policy is being abused.
